There was lots of food for breakfast, it was great! The staff were extremely friendly and kept the place spotless.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious and clean rooms that had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning and strong WiFi. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. we were very impressed with our stay here.

While the location of the hotel wasn't ideal, it wasn't a major drawback. The surrounding area may not have been the most picturesque, but once inside the hotel, everything was fine.

I wanted to visit the Muzeu Dioqezan Shkoder-Pult and chose Bicaj hotel for its convenient location. However, the 24-hour front desk pleasantly surprised me. Their friendly staff assisted me greatly.

The twin/double room came with cable TV, which was a great way to wind down before heading out for the night.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the cable TV, as I preferred exploring the city and experiencing the local attractions rather than staying in. But I know others might still enjoy having it as an option.
